01. Agreement to Terms
These terms govern your use of SaaSy Thursday and all software, digital products, and services we provide. By accessing our tools, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree, you should not use our products. This agreement is between you and SaaSy Thursday.
02. The Umbrella Model
SaaSy Thursday is an independent software studio. We operate as an umbrella brand for multiple products, such as fewwords.app and various digital publications. These terms apply to every product we release under this brand. Each product may have specific usage rules, but these core terms remain the foundation.
03. Payments and Paddle
We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record. They handle all our payment processing and global tax compliance. When you buy a product or start a subscription, your legal relationship for the transaction is with Paddle. Paddle's own terms and privacy policy will also apply to the checkout process. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
04. Account Responsibility
Some of our tools require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Any activity that happens under your account is your responsibility. If you think your account was compromised, tell us immediately so we can help secure it.
05. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our tools fairly. You must not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our services. Reselling our software or bypassings paywalls is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to stop serving any user who violates these rules or uses our products for illegal activities.
06. Intellectual Property
All code, design, text, and branding for our products are owned by SaaSy Thursday. We give you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the products you purchase. You do not own the software itself. You may not copy or redistribute our work without written permission.
07. Changes to Services
We build software that evolves. We may add or remove features to improve our tools. Sometimes we might retire a product if it is no longer sustainable. If we make big changes that affect your access, we will notify you by email. We always aim for a smooth transition.
08. Disclaimer of Warranty
Our tools are provided as-is. We work hard to make them reliable, but we cannot guarantee they will be error-free or always available. We are not responsible for any data loss or business interruptions caused by using our software.
09. Governing Law
Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction where SaaSy Thursday is registered. We prefer to settle things through direct communication and fair reasoning before involving legal processes.
