01. Our Refund Guarantee
At SaaSy Thursday, we want you to use the tools that actually work for you. We offer a 14-day refund window for all of our products. This applies to one-time purchases, annual plans, and the first month of a monthly subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within this period.
02. Role of Paddle
Paddle is our Merchant of Record. This means all financial transactions, including refunds, are processed by them. When we approve a refund, Paddle handles the actual reversal of the payment. You will receive an email confirmation once the process has started.
03. How to Start a Request
To request a refund, please email our dedicated refund team at refund@saasythursday.com (or the specific product refund email listed on the product page) with your order number. We appreciate it if you can include a brief reason for the refund—this helps us improve our software.
04. Processing Timelines
Once the refund is initiated, it typically takes between 5 and 10 business days for the funds to reappear in your original payment method. This timeline is controlled by your bank or credit card provider and is beyond our control.
05. Access Revocation
When a refund is completed, your license for the product will be revoked. For software, your account access will be stopped. For digital downloads like books or templates, you are expected to delete any local copies you have made.
06. Exceptions and Chargebacks
We do not offer refunds after the 14-day window unless there is a severe technical failure that we cannot fix. We encourage you to contact us first if you have issues before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Chargebacks are slow and complicated—talking to us is much faster.
07. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal. This will stop any future billing. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. If you cancel within your first 14 days and want a refund, please follow the refund request process mentioned above.
